Rental Equipment Return & Refund Policy

Rio Rental Partners

Rental Equipment Is Non-Returnable

Due to the nature of equipment rental, we do not accept returns on rented equipment once it has left our yard or been delivered. Rental fees cover the reservation and availability of the equipment for your rental period, regardless of usage.

Unused Equipment

If you did not use an item during your rental period, contact us at info@RioRentalPartners.com before your rental ends. Partial credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the equipment type, rental duration, and circumstances. This is offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

Damaged or Defective Equipment

Inspect all equipment at pickup or delivery. If equipment is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at info@RioRentalPartners.com so we can resolve it before your rental period begins — issues reported after use has started may not qualify for adjustment.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup or delivery are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after that window may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Late Returns / Extensions

Equipment not returned by the agreed end date and time will incur additional rental charges at our standard daily/weekly rate until returned. Contact us in advance if you need to extend your rental.

Damage & Loss

Renter is responsible for equipment loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the payment method on file.

Refunds

Approved refunds (deposits, cancellations, or approved partial credits) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@RioRentalPartners.com.
